Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.

Follow this link to check the status of your order. We can also send you notifications about any important updates regarding your order – just make sure you’ve opted into notifications.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.

Cancelling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is cancelled, you won’t be charged. The most common reasons an order might be cancelled are:
  • Limits on available quantities
  • The item is out of stock
  • Price or other listing errors
  • Additional information is needed by our Credit and Fraud Avoidance department
  • Unavailable carrier or shipping method
  • Using an older browser or app version which is no longer supported
We will send you an email if any part of your order is cancelled or if we need more information to process your order.

We provide same-day delivery within Nairobi and it’s environs for orders placed before 2:00 PM

In the event you forget a password, you can reset your password directly through the system or application you’re using. Click My Account at the footer. In the login screen there is a Forgot password? button, click it. The system will guide you on how to reset the password.

To change your password if you’re already logged in: Click My Account at the footer and then click Edit your Password and Account details. The system will guide you on how to change the password.

Returns & Refunds

Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be new, unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to the same conditions as returns.

Email us at info@lux-interiors.co.ke with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the request.

Returns are made by mail using the free prepaid return label included in your package.

No. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days.

Yes. Sale items follow the same 30-day return policy as regular-priced items.

Yes. Gift cards, downloadable products, perishable items, and certain personal care items are non-returnable.

All returns should be mailed to BiHi Towers, Nairobi, Kenya.
