We ship to all 47 counties within Kenya. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
b. Order Cut-off Time:
2:00 PM (GMT+03:00) East Africa Time (Nairobi). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
c. Processing Time (Handling):
Orders are processed within 0-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
d. Transit Time:
Once shipped, delivery takes 0-4 business days (Monday – Friday) depending on your destination.
e. Shipping Partner:
We ship all our orders through Wells Fargo Kenya.
a. Standard Shipping:
We offer free shipping for all products to all regions in Kenya.
b. Same-Day Delivery:
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM within Nairobi.
By combining handling and transit times, your total estimated delivery time is 0-6 business days.
– Nairobi & Environs: 0-2 business days.
– Other Major Towns: 2-4 business days.
– Remote Areas: Up to 6 business days.
a. Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your shipment. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
b. Delivery Confirmation:
We require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your order has been received safely. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, please provide instructions at checkout or reschedule the delivery.
a. Incorrect Address:
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, the delivery may fail. Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. Lux-Interiors is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
b. Missed Delivery Attempts:
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
c. Unclaimed Packages:
Unclaimed packages returned to Lux-Interiors due to customer inaction may be subject to restocking fees or additional shipping charges for redelivery.
a. Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service immediately. If you discover the damage after accepting the delivery, please contact on info@lux-interiors.co.ke us within 24 hours to arrange for a return or exchange.
b. Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide a resolution.
